Current TBOD² community guidance documents three night weather states: Fog, Blood Moon, and Eclipse. It reports different economy, Merchant, and visual behavior for each. The official Roblox description does not list these events, so read the on-screen weather label and verify the live outcome.
Reported event index
These numbers come from a current independent illustrated walkthrough checked August 28, 2026. Treat the live event as authoritative if Update 1 differs.
Use Fog for a labeled farm sample
When Fog appears, record the weather label, current conveyor layout, starting balance, ending balance, and duration. Compare with a clear sample of the same line. If the reported 1.20x effect is current, the result should be visible across multiple sales.
Reduced visibility makes Merchant searches harder. Use learned landmark silhouettes and dirt paths. Do not reorganize the conveyor during the same sample, because you will not know whether weather or order changed the result.
Use Blood Moon for the Merchant
Carry cash before leaving the tycoon. Current reporting says Blood Moon guarantees a Merchant and provides six cards, so run the full dirt-patch circuit even when the four named landmarks are empty. Read the actual shop before assuming card count or reward.
If the vendor is absent after a careful six-patch loop, record the server and event. Recheck the two live-discovered patches and consider whether a fresh update changed behavior.
Observe Eclipse without inventing a bonus
The current walkthrough labels Eclipse cosmetic. Enjoy the visual and inspect the UI, but do not attribute extra cash or permanent progression without a measured change. Rare appearance alone does not imply a gameplay reward.
If Update 1 adds an effect, record the displayed text and repeat a controlled sample. This preserves the difference between an older cosmetic report and current behavior.
Keep an event log
Record night number, weather label, server freshness, income sample, Merchant found or not, location, and stock count. Several observations can reveal whether a rule is consistent. One night is enough to use an opportunity, but not enough to establish a permanent probability.
Do not estimate the 1% or 0.2% rate from a handful of nights. Those are community-reported figures and need a large sample or developer statement for independent confirmation.
Weather and other multipliers
Bits, Essence, game passes, and upgrader changes can all affect cash. Keep them constant when testing weather. If the game shows a combined multiplier, record it before and during the event rather than manually assuming how effects stack.
Weather should also be noted in leaderboard pace tests. A Fog-assisted peak can be useful for a push, but ordinary route planning needs a normal baseline.
Weather mistakes
Avoid treating sky color alone as the event label, comparing different conveyor states, or searching only four Merchant patches during Blood Moon. Do not assume Eclipse rewards a secret multiplier. Do not convert a community rarity into guaranteed timing for a short session.
Weather FAQ
Does Fog increase cash?
Current community reporting says 1.20x. Verify it with the live label and equal income samples.
How rare is Blood Moon?
The current walkthrough reports 1%, or 1 in 100 nights. Short personal samples will vary widely.
What does Blood Moon do?
It is reported to guarantee the Merchant and provide six cards. Search the complete current patch circuit and read stock.
Does Eclipse have a reward?
It is currently reported as cosmetic only. Observe the live game before assigning an effect.
Where do I go during Blood Moon?
Use Merchant locations for the patch route and Merchant guide for the purchase plan.
